1. Executive, Full Fledge Islamic Banking


Job Summary
To anticipate transformation initiatives into Full Fledge Islamic Banking implemented successfully by 2015.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management and reporting task related to support of application/process development efforts.
  • Documenting project scopes and contents.
  • Updating project schedules and assisting in preparing presentations.
  • Project management tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Participating in project team meetings and assisting in documenting action items and user requirements (prepare minute meeting)
  • Create an identification scheme for all products.
  • Control the allocation of new version numbers to change products
  • Archive superseded product copies
  • When authorized to do so, issue a new version of a product for change or correction
  • Maintain a record of all copies issued.
  • Notify holders of any changes to their copies.
  • Maintain the issue log
  • Monitor all project issues and ensure they are resubmitted to the Project Management Office – Governance & Control after any authorized change.
  • Collect and retain information that will assist in the assessment of what products are impacted by a change to a product.
  • Produce product status accounts.
  • Liaise with other configuration librarians where products required by the project are common to other.
  • To conduct in-house training and giving lecture session to the Bank’s staffs in order to equip them with related Muamalat knowledge according to certain syllabus and methodology.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.


  • Min Education Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Fiqh and Usul Fiqh/Shariah (Muamalat & Kewangan Islam)/Islamic Studies/Islamic Banking and Finance or Degree in any disciplines.

Relevant Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Islamic Banking
  • Knowledge and experience in Shariah Audit, Shariah Risk Management, Shariah Research/Review, Shariah Compliance, Islamic Banking Products, Project Management, Muamalat

Other Skills/Competencies Required

2. Section Head, Virtual Banking


Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing and oversee Virtual Banking, propose and implement new innovative virtual banking products and services for full commercialization.

Main Duties and Responsiblities

  • To manage day-to-day activities of the division
  • To develop and review Virtual Banking business plan
  • To conduct product feasibility study
  • To plan, evaluate, proposed and implement new innovative virtual banking products to be implemented in Agrobank.
  • To develop details Product functionalities and specifications
  • To actively involved in Project Management Office (PMO) during products development
  • To implement a comprehensive user acceptance test to ensure systems requirements are met.
  • To launch new product into the market and provide support/assistant to users for initial stage of implementation.
  • To monitor Virtual Banking service operation.
  • To enhance Virtual Banking service base on requirements from business section
  • To train users prior new product launch
  • To develop and report statistical information regarding performance of the product


  • Minimum Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.

Relevant Experience Required

  • 5 -10 years with related experience.
